My attitude on money is the following. I love it when I have
it. Loving it not in the bad sense of greed but loving what I can do.
Especially helping those that need help. For example: There is a sister in our
ward that has just started is her own baking business and I was her first
customer 2 weeks back. I ordered enough for a month worths of biscuits and
muffins for our family home evening nights. Today I ordered another batch of
the biscuits. Here I am helping and supporting someone’s business. If I didn't
have money, I would not have been able to do that. I can pay in full at times
not always our children’s schooling for the year. That is what my husband and I
did a month ago.
With regards to my business. When I have the money, I can
buy more stock. This gives me a feeling of freedom and security to be able to sustain
my business. I have been needing to get more stock in the last few weeks but
have not had sufficient money in the account to do that. I can now and I will
make an order next week.
I have been busy preparing for a dance competition that is
happening tomorrow. If I did not have the cash that I had I would not have been
able to buy the judges their beautiful gifts and get the food that they need.
The dancers award this year look absolutely beautiful.
The way I view money can affect my life in either the wrong
way or the right way depending on what I am thinking money can do and is about.
If I look on the good and positive side and use money for good, then the way I
live will show it. I won’t have this need to go and spend all the money on non-important
things.
I liked the put money away into an independent account. I
have been doing that with my own personal money and I get to save a lot of
money in a year. This money we use for our holidays and nice things for the
children. From my business side I have
been looking at trying to see at one stage about getting extra money in like a
loan or a credit card but I realised that if I don’t have the money to pay back
what I spend it won’t help me at all. It will put me in deeper issues that I don’t
want.
